hey I LOVE that you posted your workout plan. I'm defiantly going to incorperate it. I have something like that going midday and before bed, but yours is tougher. I'm just confused for your good night workout--what do you mean by ass work?

Excuse me if I was unclear but I made the picture a long time ago for myself :) Anyways on to exercise, start by standing like a dog then lift one leg like a peeing dog, lift up and down the leg . Lol it looks pretty funny when you do it, but is so damn good!
